Most people are here to win. I am here to be of service. I am sure my money will be used for some nice new clothes for the winner. I would prefer my money to be used for the best cloth that money can buy, but if not, Walmart will do.
I survived this day of traveling from Chris and Nikki's while staying within my meal plan. I also was able to get all of my fruits and veggies.

Bring it, I'm in it to win it this time!
So, this is officially my third time entering a fitness challenge, and I intend to actually push through to the end this time! I'm working on plans for a fantastic before picture, but for now the puffer fish will do, as that is how I will start, but you just wait until you see the deflated version in 10 weeks :-). I'm totally working on this one day on, one day off diet thing that Nikki did before this time, and I'm planning on learning new ways to use beans in meals. 1. I feel healthier eating beans and 2. I'll have a teenage boy in a little less than 10 years, so I might as well learn how to cook lots of foods that don't cost much money now :-).
Tools and Workout Plans!
Well, I already emailed out my Excel Fitness Trackers*, but that doesn't mean I'm out of fitness resources to share! Check out the things I have linked here, and then I will be out of fitness resources to share.
Before I continue, I would also like to point out that I first started getting in shape almost exactly a year ago, and I weighed about 45 pounds more then than I do now. Also, I can now walk up super steep Berkeley hills without feeling like death incarnate. I haven't done a whole lot to maintain things over the last couple of months, though, so I'm looking forward to getting back into it.
Here are the things I found helpful last year that I'm predicting will also be helpful this year.

I wanna do this
I see nothing on the blog page, should I see nothing? Anyways, I just got a fitness award this week so now I get to take my exercise routine into my own hands, which means I need motiviation to stay active. This challenge comes at a perfect time. You all will probably get me on diet points, but I plan to trounce you with exercise points. So stay active!

How to do your first post and get your picture up
1. Click link from invitation email
2. Create Google account, or sign in with your gmail/google account
3. Once you log into your google account sign into blogger.com
4. This will take you to a "dash board" page. Part way down the page, Sticking With It should be listed as one of your blogs. Click the rectangular "View Blog" button to the right. Once you have accessed the blog - I will need to go back in and grant you Administration rights to the blog. I'll try to watch, but I'm not always on the computer so send me an email and let me know you need this done.
5. Once you have full access to the site. Look to the far left, you should see Your name with an animal picture and the words "points- " written below it. Click on the tool marking next to your points.
6. In the Title box check to see that I wrote you name correctly.
7. In the caption box write “points – 3” (you get 3 points for posting before Monday April 30 J) This is where you will post your point totals every Monday.
